Demon's souls
From PlayStation Studios and Bluepoint Games comes a remake of the PlayStation classic, Demon’s Souls. Entirely rebuilt from the ground up and masterfully enhanced, this remake introduces the horrors of a fog-laden, dark fantasy land to a whole new generation of gamers. Those who’ve faced its trials and tribulations before, can once again challenge the darkness in stunning visual quality with incredible performance.
In his quest for power, the 12th King of Boletaria, King Allant channeled the ancient Soul Arts, awakening a demon from the dawn of time itself, The Old One. With the summoning of The Old One, a colorless fog swept across the land, unleashing nightmarish creatures that hungered for human souls. Those whose souls were stripped from them, lost their minds – left only with the desire to attack the sane that remained.
Now, Boletaria is cut off from the outside world, and the knights who dare penetrate the deep fog to free the land from its plight, are never seen again. As a lone warrior who has braved the baneful fog, you must face the hardest of challenges to earn the title “Slayer of Demons” and send The Old One back to its slumber.
This game definitely ranks as the most challenging one in our list, but is really a great fantasy RPG that allows for a full multi-player experience.

Deathloop
Take on the role of Colt as you search for a way to put an end to a time loop trapping Blackreef while being hunted by the island’s inhabitants. Throughout this game, your character is enabled with powerful weapons and abilities to take out eight key targets across the stunning and chaotic island before the day resets.
Lurking in the shadows is rival assassin Julianna whose sole mission is to take Colt out and keep the loop going. Learn from each cycle, try new paths and approaches to break the loop once and for all.
We rank this game as the most original one, where the standard concept of a shooter game is actually blended into a cool murder mystery that involves a lot of clue finding and puzzle solving. The loop pattern that underlies the story also reminded us very much of the Tom Cruise movie Edge of Tomorrow, which we love!

Hitman 3
Agent 47 returns as a ruthless professional in Hitman 3 for the most important contracts of his career. When the dust settles, 47 and the world he inhabits will never be the same again.
Visit exotic, meticulously detailed locations packed with creative opportunities - a tactile and immersive game world that offers unparalleled player choice and replayability.
What is really cool about this game, is that all locations from Hitman and Hitman 2 can be imported into Hitman 3, allowing you to play every game in the World of Assassination Trilogy. Your progression from Hitman 2 is also carried directly over to Hitman 3 at launch.
We not only consider this one of the most immersive games in the list (in part also thanks to the fact that you can play this game with VR goggles), but we also love the high level of return on your investment in the entire trilogy with the aforementioned import options from previous games in the trilogy.
Comes in 2 editions: Standard and Deluxe
Haven't dabbled in the Hitman universe yet? No worries, Sony now also offers the option of acquiring the entire trilogy in one go. Time to binge!
Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales
In the latest adventure in the Marvel’s Spider-Man universe, teenager Miles Morales is adjusting to his new home while following in the footsteps of his mentor, Peter Parker, as a new Spider-Man.
But when a fierce power struggle threatens to destroy his new home, the aspiring hero realizes that with great power, there must also come great responsibility. To save all of Marvel’s New York, Miles must take up the mantle of Spider-Man and own it.
This is a beauty of a game, thanks to all the visual technology and features (think high fidelity and ray tracing, for example). Furthermore, it is a great homage to the classic comics and Miles is a worthy follow-up to the Peter Parker persona. Allround a fun action adventure to sink your teeth in!
Comes in 2 editions: standard and ultimate
Resident Evil Village

Just as they are building their new life together, tragedy befalls them once again.
Without a doubt, we're concluding this Top 5 with the scariest of the 5 games listed. The gore and frightening moments that this game is so over-abundant with, are looking amazing thanks to the PS5's powerful capabilities.
